Tampa, FL (Feb. 6, 2008) – The New Tampa Community Council will hold its 15th Annual Taste of New Tampa Business and Health Expo on Sunday, March 30th at the New Tampa Community Park on Commerce Parkway in Tampa Palms.
Sponsorship levels of up to $10,000 are now open to any local business interested in co-marketing and branding the largest annual event in the community. More levels of sponsorships are available online at www.newtampa.org. In addition to sponsorships, businesses may register for tables and placement starting today at $285 for Non-Members or $200 for Members.
“Thousands of local residents attend each year to taste some of the most delicious menu items provided from the finest restaurants in New Tampa. The environment allows for a great community event to host local businesses showcasing their products/services and entertainment all around.” Frank Margarella said.
Frank Margarella serves as the current president and co-founder of the New Tampa Community Council. Frank has made continuous efforts in committing his energies and connections to leverage New Tampa as a competing market for educational build-outs, raising local scholarship funds, and acting as the local member of the North Tampa Transportation Alliance, overseeing and lobbying for road and traffic improvements.
The Park is adjacent to Liberty Middle School and Freedom High School and across from the Tampa Palms Professional Center. The event will run from 1pm to 4pm. Advance admission sales for patrons are now available for $10 per person and $15 at the gate. Registration and information may be found online at www.newtampa.org where advance sale locations, sponsorship and expo applications are posted. It is anticipated that the event will feature over 35 food and/or beverage vendors and over 150 business and health related booths with giveaways. The expo will also entertain the crowd throughout the day including an appearance from Island Girl. All net proceeds will go to area schools and other charities within the New Tampa community.
