April 9th date for TASTE of NEW TAMPA

The NTCC's 'signature' annual event brings the entire New Tampa community together for an afternoon of great food, music and fun. The Taste of New Tampa also draws people from all part Tampa giving them a 'taste' of our wonderful restaurants and special community.

The event is staffed by NTCC voluteers and local PTA members and students. The proceeds of this event are distributed to our local charities and non-profit groups.

This year the event will be held on Sunday April 9th from 1PM to 4PM at the Shoppes at New Tampa parking lot on the east side of Bruce B. Downs Boulevard at State Road 56.

Proceeds benefit parent-teacher associations at public schools in the New Tampa/Wesley Chapel area and provide Hillsborough Community College scholarships for local high school seniors.

Restaurant operators, plus merchants and others interested in participating in the business expo, should call NTCC board member Shai Williams, (813) 293-2464.
