New Tampa Community Council will be hosting the 2nd annual Art Festival this November 17th & 18th in Tampa Palms by Bank of Tampa from 10am-5pm Sat.; and 10am-4pm Sun. Talented artists who have traveled the world will now showcase their masterpieces on their own creative canvases which will be sold to all art lovers looking for a unique piece to be brought into their homes. You can bet this will be interesting because these artists will be competing for a total of $9,500 in purse prize money where $5,000 goes to the Best in Show
