Communities of New Tampa

NTCC communitiesThis area of Tampa contains thousands of beautiful acres of award-winning master-planned communities in a spectacular natural setting. Arbor Green

top Arbor Greene is one of New Tampa's leading home communities. It consists of almost 600 acres of planned development which includes 91 acres of lake and 105 acres of conservation area. West Meadows

top In the area northeast of the University of South Florida, West Meadows' centerpiece is a grand recreation complex that includes a pool with a two-story spiral slide, soccer fields, tennis and basketball courts, and a fitness center. Homes are close to a new elementary school.
